1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 The website www.haditi.com is owned and operated by HADITI GIFTS TRADING LLC, trading as Haditi.com, references to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘nab’, ‘our’ or ‘the website’ refer to Haditi.com. We are a company registered in Dubai, UAE, and our address for correspondence is: PO Box 96435.

1.2 Your use of this website (www.haditi.com) is at all times subject to our full terms and conditions applicable to your use of the website and all applicable laws. By accessing our website, you agree to our terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must exit our website immediately.

1.3 We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notifying you, to change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. The terms and conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website.

1.4 We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

1.5 Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

1.6 Cardholder gets a copy of transaction records from the email registered upon payment. Also transactions are saved in user account if login.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 You agree not to hold us responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

2.2 All prices that are displayed are inclusive of VAT.

2.3 Payments can be made by Credit or Debit card: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately on order. Visa or MasterCard debit and Credit cards in AED will be accepted.

2.4 We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit/debit transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in secure host environments. If you are a registered Haditi user, we will not store your credit/debit card details on our systems.

3. POSTAGE

3.1 Delivery Locations

UAE:

Standard Delivery – AED 25
Express Delivery – AED 50
Free on orders over AED 500
Alternately you can collect from our Emirates Towers Store for free.

INTERNATIONAL:

Delivery cost will be calculated depending on the country and location.
Standard delivery time - 7-14 working days.
Express priority shipping - 2-3 days.

3.2 You may not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of surprise presents.

3.3 If you change address, you must contact us to ensure that no parcels are sent out to the wrong delivery address. Please ensure that this is done in time to take effect before you move, as you will be liable for any parcels posted to the wrong address.

3.4 It is your responsibility to pay all charges for customs and duties for delivery to your region if delivery is requested outside the UAE.

4. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

4.1 All parcels returned to us (from either not being collected, incorrect delivery address or any other reason for which you are responsible) can be re-sent to you. This will require an additional payment to cover the cost of second-time delivery.

4.2 If you are genuinely unhappy with your gift, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. It must be returned to us in its original condition at your cost. We review every case individually.

4.3 Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4.4 Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement is sent out. If the fault is agreed, we will provide a replacement for the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.

4.5 All of our packages are wrapped with the utmost care and attention to give the product inside maximum protection so we cannot be liable for any damage to the product in transit. However, each case is assessed individually. You might be eligible for a replacement gift should it not reach you in perfect condition.

4.6 If you wish to return a shop item and receive a full refund (minus the original postage cost) items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you in re-sellable condition with their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.

4.7 Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty, this includes the fading of monogramming over time.

4.8 Please note that the online visualisers are indicators, and there may be slight variations in the result of real life products. Each individual screen is subject to a number of variables in colour, illumination and other visual aspects; and as such we endeavour to make our products look as close to digital artwork as possible.

4.9 Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

5. LOYALTY CODES & COMPETITIONS

5.1 Any promotional code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present.

5.2 Promotional codes have no cash alternative and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

5.3 If you are a winner of a competition you must get in contact to provide a delivery address within one week to claim your prize, otherwise a new winner will be selected.

6. PRIVACY

6.1 We collect personal information about you through your use on this website and our services. All information that we collect about you is subject to our privacy policy.

6.2 Please note that by supplying your/the recipient’s email address upon joining us you grant us permission to contact you via email regarding your account and any special offers or promotions that we may offer you from time to time.

6.3 User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

6.4 All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
